As long as I can remember, the official starting day of "summer" is May 1st. Some say it's Memorial day. Either way it is time to get outside and get a tan while enjoying our outdoor adventures. We haved started our Fun and Fitness series with Cardio kickboxing, running stairs and playing softball and ultimate frisbee. We will also be playing beach volleyball on occasion.
